Pricing questions, answered.
- What counts as a trial signup?
- Every unique card-pre-authorization Trial.io places on behalf of your account counts as one signup, whether or not the trial later converts to a paid customer.
- What happens if I go over my plan limit?
- You stay live. Overage rates kick in for each additional signup (from $1.00 on Pro 200 down to $0.50 on Pro 10,000). You'll see an estimate in the dashboard and can upgrade at any time to lock in a lower rate.
- Do you take a cut of my Stripe captures?
- No. Trial.io is never in the funds flow. Captured payments land directly on your Stripe account at Stripe's standard processing rate, never marked up by us.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the billing tab inside the product, and you keep access through the end of your current billing period. Annual plans are pro-rated within the first 30 days. See our cancellation and refunds policy for the full detail.
